Macon, GA – Today, CareerPro Global announced that it has completed extensive analysis and research on the newly updated ECQ framework, the primary means to assess, hire, and appraise the most senior executives across government.
The new framework goes into effect on July 1st, 2025, and the company reports that several ECQs and competencies have been renamed or moved, and that several new competency areas have been added.
CareerPro Global has provided one-on-one coaching and writing support to over 5,000 clients in the last 25 years, along with ECQ writing and SES Interview Preparation workshops to numerous federal agencies.
