One-on-One SES Interview Coaching

Here is what you can expect from the program:

1. You will be paired with a seasoned Master Senior Executive Writer and coach, who will schedule a 30-45 minute “discovery and planning session” to discuss your target job/series, gather some information from you, and customize your interview coaching.
2. Next, your coach will send you an interview prep worksheet with concise ECQ summaries/talking points in the Challenge-Context-Action-Result (CCAR) format, 2-3 potential questions based on the vacancy/series, your value proposition statement, and any questions you wish to ask the agency.
3. After you’ve taken the time to study the worksheet, you will schedule a 60-90 minute phone or video call (your choice) to conduct a mock interview followed by an After Action Review.

By working with an experienced SES expert, conducting the mock interview, and having the interview prep worksheet, you will be much more prepared and confident when the real interview happens!
