SES TQs, SES PTQs, and SES MTQs should include detailed summaries of experiences, resolutions to specific problems, as well as the following Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs): Leading Change, Leading People, Results Driven, Business Acumen, and Building Coalitions. Each SES job announcement includes information on any required TQs, PTQs or MTQs. The overwhelming majority of these vacancy announcements require applicants to submit TQs, PTQs or MTQs, either as separate essays, or as inclusions in their resumes.
