Initially, spoke with Chris regarding the CPG process and what my expectations were. After working out the finer points, Chris then set me up with Bill, my resume writer. Bill and I discussed at length, how to best condense over 30-years of experience into the new 5-page format. Prior to the ECQ workshop I had my stories identified, but really struggled putting “pen to paper.” In the last two weeks I’ve been able to assemble a complete 1st draft of all my ECQs. This never would have happened had it not been for your class.

Even though I have a master’s degree in English Literature, writing Executive Career Qualifications (ECQs) is a complicated, one time task! Lee Kelley guided me through the process and offered focused feedback that made my essays much sharper. My ECQs passed OPM on first submission and my assigned mentor remarked that they were the best he has seen.
